to the DSC 2008 and DSC 1998 Secondary Grade Teachers working on

Minimum Time Scale- Permission accorded- Orders issued.

Commissioner of School Education, AP, Amaravathi.

wherein the

While enclosing the copies of the references cited,

Government and the Commissioner of School Education, AP, Amaravathi have

permitted to appoint 199 DSC 2008 candidates and 285 DSC 1998

candidates as Secondary Grade Teachers on Minimum Time Scale basis with

terms and conditions applicable to contract basis employees.

In the references 1st and 2 cited, the Government have accorded

permission to the Commissioner of School Education to review the services of

DSC 2008 and DSC 1998 contract teachers for a period of 11 months with

effect from 01.06.2023 to30.04.2024 with one month break period.

In view of the above, and as per the instructions issued all the Mandal

Educational Officers in erstwhile East Godavari, are instructed to claim the

salaries to the DSC 2008 and DSC 1998 MTS Secondary Grade Teachers

appointed on contract basis from the Head of Account 2202-01-103-00-05-

300/ 301 which was already drawn to DSC 2008 MTS on contract teachers duly

obtaining Rs.110/- agreement bonds from the MTS contract teachers

appointed and the concerned MEOS have to sign as first party and the

candidate as second party in the agreement.

Any deviation in the matter will be viewed serious and necessary action

will be initiated against the 'concerned MEOS if they claimed the salary without

agreement to the MTS teachers appointed on contract basis as SGTS.

This should be treated as most urgent.
