The Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, has issued directives for a 100-Day Action Plan to support Class X students under the new syllabus for the SSC March 2025 Public Examinations. This plan is designed to ensure focused preparation, alleviate exam-related stress, and achieve high academic performance.
Importance of the 100-Day Action Plan
1. Focused Preparation with Individual Attention
Teachers will address the needs of all students, including slow learners and high achievers, by providing individual attention.
Students can progress at their own pace, ensuring steady improvement.
2. Additional Support through Extra Classes
Extra classes will help complete the syllabus and reinforce SSC exam patterns.
Regular practice of exam-oriented questions will boost confidence.
3. Daily Assessments with Feedback and Remediation
Daily class tests with timely feedback will help students identify and overcome challenges.
Remedial teaching will ensure concept clarity and continuous improvement.
4. Pre-Final and Grand Tests
These tests will simulate the actual examination environment.
Conducted according to the SSC blueprint, they will align with the final exam format.
5. Monitoring and Accountability
District and mandal officers will oversee the implementation of the plan.
Teachers will maintain records for verification.
Implementation Directives
1. Mandatory Implementation
All government schools must implement the action plan from 1st December 2024 without deviations.
2. Key Activities
The plan includes Mega PTMs, SA-1, FA-3, Grand Tests, Pre-Finals, and more.
Guidelines for Execution
1. Balanced Workload for Teachers
Workload is distributed based on subject weightage and time available.
2. Slip Tests and Evaluations
Daily slip tests must be conducted and discussed for immediate feedback.
3. Remedial and Merit Strategies
Teachers will analyze tests and provide targeted support for slow and merit students.
4. Headmasters’ Responsibility
Ensure smooth plan implementation in collaboration with teachers.
5. Timetable Adjustments
Regular schedules should accommodate the action plan without disrupting other classes.
6. Sunday Classes
Conducted with necessary precautions and communicated in advance to parents.
7. Safety of Girl Students
Teachers must ensure the safety of all students, especially on Sundays
8. Parental Communication
Inform parents about schedules for transport, lunch, and safety arrangements.
9. Teacher Permissions
Permissions for class exchanges or absence should be minimal.
10. Study Material
SCERT will release a subject-wise question bank in soft copy for open-source access.
11. Deviation Permissions
Any changes to the plan require prior approval.
12. Compensatory Casual Leave (CCL)
Teachers attending school on holidays will be eligible for CC
13. District-Level Adjustments
District-specific plans may be developed and submitted to SCERT for approval.
